There were a lot of things to consider when I first decided to work from home…it was really quite a production. I of course talked to my boss first and he gave me the go ahead but told me I had to come to him with a complete list of how many things I needed to expense and what the daily schedule was going to look like. I had to research hughesnet costs and the price of a new home monitor but I didn’t need a lot since most of my business was conducted over the web anyway. I’ve been at home now for two months and it seems to be working out really well so I think it was a good move, all in all! I love the flexibility of being at home and not having to go through that awful 2 hour commute each day and my boss seems happy with my increased output as well. Working from home is better than I ever thought it would be and I encourage all of you to look into it!
